Delivery Timescale
Packages are generally dispatched as soon as the product is ready to ship however due to majority of products being ‘Made to Order’, we have to allow enough time to complete all processes before shipping. Unfortunately, this also includes the drying time of any finishing treatments where required, which can notably lengthen the manufacture time. As a result, we generally advise up to 21 days after order acknowledgement, for customer receipt of order.
For some products with complex production processes and/or epoxy additives, this can be up to 28 days to ensure all products have cured enough to ship. For products where this is the case, this is specified in the products own details section on the main product page.
