Crafted from a single piece of Cherry, featuring live edge on the top and bottom, the design and finish of this piece highlights the natural beauty of the colours and grain pattern within the Cherry, emphasising the highlights of the sap wood transitioning into the heartwood. All the hardware including built in twin sawtooth wall hangers, are recessed into the back of the clock to allow for flush hanging on any wall (2 level points required @300mm centres).

- The TIME Mechanism Quartz time movement with integrated receiver for the UK Time synchronisation radio signal (MSF) which enables the clock to automatically adjust to and from British Summer Time, and to correct itself if the quartz mechanism accuracy drifts over time. The time clock is engraved with standard numbers.
- The TIDE Mechanism has a rotation cycle of 12 hours and 25 minutes to match the standard semi-diurnal tide cycle, ideal for sea fisherman, surfers, coastal walkers and for boating.
- The MOON PHASE Mechanism has a rotation cycle of 29.5 days to match the lunar cycle, ideal for a budding astronomer or even for gardening and planting with the lunar cycle.
- All Hardware including built in saw tooth wall hangers are recessed into the back of the clock to allow for flush hanging on any wall. 2 nails or screws secured in a wall, level with 300mm centres, will need to be supplied to hang the clock from.

TIDE CLOCK SUITABILITY:
The Tide Phase clock, consisting of a single handed movement, has a rotation cycle of 12 hours and 25 minutes to match the standard semi-diurnal tide cycle available around many areas of the UK. Not all UK coastline tide patterns are compatible with this tide clock, therefore please confirm your desired location is compatible before purchase. Please also be aware that because of the many factors that influence the timing of the tidal patterns, the actual Tide can drift both forward and backward of the standard cycle by up to around 30%, but will average out and fall back into sync at various points throughout, and at completion of, the 29.5 day lunar cycle.
